"Will not be going to this store again. I have never felt uncomfortable in a store and this store sure did make me feel uncomfortable. Security was accusing my 3 year of stealing something. Which we did not buy and my mother was waiting for an item that was damaged and security was being rude to my mother about the item. They need some serious training, store staff and security. Rude and will stay away from this Stater Bros as long as I can!!!!!"
"Since I moved from East Coast i am not familiar with the rewards programs in the area ... asked the cashier and she said just to go online ... i think they should promote it a little be more ... place is very organized clean and people polite, excellent.customer service at meat deparment ... people handpaunding around parking lot ... location is very convenient for me ...."
