Total attitude when I asked a simple question and then shook her head as if my question was a stupid question to ask. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much. The way you treat customers is unacceptable!"

"3PM here at Ralph’s. As always, 5 customers waiting in front of the deli counter and only one guy cutting meats. Pay your employees a higher salary so you can get this counter staffed properly. This is an ongoing problem here for years. I have mentioned this to various managers before but they seem incapable of managing this problem. Deli counter and meat and fish counter salaries should be the highest paid because those are the hardest jobs! Shame on you Ralph’s on not understanding what it takes to get those counters properly staffed!"

"I recently visited Ralphs and had a mixed experience. I have been going to this store since I was 4 years old and have always enjoyed shopping there. However, there have been some changes and incidents that have made my recent experiences less enjoyable. One of the biggest issues was the change in the potato wedge recipe. I have always loved the jackfruit at this store, but the new potato wedge recipe is not to my liking. It just doesn't have the same flavor and texture as the old recipe. Another issue was the behavior of one of the employees, Roldan. On one occasion, they called me "big fat Fernando," which really hurt my feelings. This was not only disrespectful, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at the store. On the positive side, I do think that the soups at Ralphs are quite heavenly. They are always well-made and tasty, and they really redeem the store's quality for me. Additionally, I appreciate that customers are able to ring the meat bell in the meat department. It is always funny to see the workers' reactions and to watch them drop meat on the floor. It's a fun tradition and always makes me laugh. Overall, I would give Ralphs 3 stars. While there were some negative aspects of my experience, the positive ones outweighed them. I do still enjoy shopping at this store, but I hope that the issues mentioned above can be addressed"
