"If you want an ok tattoo, you go to any other place, If you want a great American Traditional tattoo, you run down to Handmade tattoo. I got my first tattoo from Chuck Howe 10 years ago now. Probably one of the best decisions 18 year old me ever did. He did the work on my back. Super clean, very professional and very knowledgeable. Pops has done an outstanding creating this local institution in Santa Paula. The whole crew is very talented and very welcoming, Jamie is very social and does a great job including everyone in the conversation.
