"I've been a loyal customer at this store for the past five years. However, in the past year, there have been noticeable changes. This establishment would greatly benefit from improved management. Securing assistance here has become exceedingly difficult. Often during business hours, staff availability is limited, and those present seem disinterested in providing help. The lack of professionalism among the staff is concerning."

"Manager Michael G blocked off the store entrance 45 minutes before closing on Christmas day. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to the location to replace a rotten prime rib. Michael claimed he was letting employees go home early what employees? There's no butcher, and I have to self checkout at the register. Will never return to this location again. 0/5 stars"

"This is truly a decadent store. They’ve got items here that I wouldn’t have jumped of seeing anywhere else plus the customer service here is outstanding, prepared to have a fancy environment all around you and all the food items that you could ever imagine in more I truly can’t think of a thing of how, and what I would complain about here it’s a little slice of heaven honestly."

"I was shocked. I moved over here 3 years ago been going to this store since. I finally get out of my house because I have a hairline fracture. I was shopping in a scooter. This worker who passed me give me a dirty look. I don’t understand what was wrong. I wasn’t using the scooter inappropriately. Then started to check out him and girl coworker were staring at me the whole time. He finally approaches my friend who has a little boy. It said I remember you guys! They were excited for moment until he said because your son likes to push buttons and stand in front of the doors. How inappropriate was this comment. My friend laugh because she didn’t feel comfortable and even apologize. He didn’t need to act like this! His name is Jeff by the way! It crazy how people like him get hired and represent your store."

"Tony at the sandwich bar extraordinary service went out of his way help my dad find the single serve cream cheese which they didn’t have but Tony took his bagel anyway toasted it while He waited on my Starbucks cut it in half and just really made his morning pleasant. Tony delivered restaurant service restaurant quality service at a sandwich bar at Vons pavilion in Irvine the address is attached to the receipt Tony made my dads day! Thanks Tony"
