"Terrible pickup experience on 12/11. They were sooo understaffed. My order was not even big, and it was super late. When I finally got it and asked about substitutions, the guy had no clue. They forgot my ice, I had to go grab it myself. I've yet to have bad experiences here, but this was bad. They didn't offer any sort of compensation for my time wasted. Sad stuff!"
