"I came here a while ago, it was where I got my first piercing. It was a terrible experience. It was a particularly busy day, so I had to wait a few hours. This would be fine if I was not rushed along and pushed to pick a piercing on the spot, very quickly, when it finally became my turn, whereas others were able to take their time. I did not understand why I was not afforded that same treatment. The piercer treated me as though I was wasting his time (I don't remember his name now), and he was not accommodating whatsoever. Very unprofessional and abrasive. I had also been told that I would not be able to get an industrial due to my ear shape, something that I found out months later is blatantly untrue. I now have two industrials and have been going to other, fairly priced and wonderfully serviced piercing places. I had never been in such an unwelcoming environment. The prices for the service I got and the quality of the jewelry were ridiculous as well. You are better off going ANYWHERE else- Coming from someone who has gotten 30 piercings, and has had the misfortune of coming here even once. Do not waste your time, money, energy."

"For a few months after getting my nostril pierced here I had an irritation bump come and go. I came back to ask for advice, and followed that. The bump still persisted and after going to an APP certified piercer, I was told it was pierced incorrectly with the wrong type of jewelry and had to get it removed in the end. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend getting your nostril pierced here."

"Came here to get my wife's ears pierced for the first time. It was $40 with jewelry included! But if that isn't enough to get you to go, then the vibes are. Everything was so clean, everyone was so friendly and sweet, and the piercer was so quick and gentle. I will be coming back for some piercings of my own! I could gush forever. FYI: It's cash only, but they have an ATM on site, and the ATM fees were only $2.50!"
