"This place has some great produce, meats and, dairy. Don't expect to find what you need if it's not a Latino ingredient. The prices are a little high. I dislike places where everyone only speaks Spanish. They're not very welcoming."
"I stopped by El Super Commerce. Honestly, it was my first time, and it will be the last time. To begin with, the place is dirty, I stopped by the meat section, and their chicken is low quality, I can tell because it had too much fat on it. There were no restrooms available. There are too many people just sitting in the hot food area, including some homeless, they're just there, very unsafe. This supermarket is just a dump."
"I will give it the five stars but Being a food handler's cardholder. Having your fresh bread with cheese and jalapenos out in the open is cross contamination! Flies are standing on them. Went this morning to buy some come home to open the bag little baby flies like 4 all walking around. Call to say something because that's not right for the people. Hope they fix the problem put your food away like all the other bread are!!"
"New review: February 8th 2021 - Terrible customer service from cashier and they lack sanitizing products. We came to this location over the weekend to buy groceries for Superbowl Sunday and we were greeted poorly by a rude cashier. Of all the times we've been here I had never been treated with the most disrespect ever. The girl had an attitude and mouth on her, she even had the audacity to threaten me to call security simply because I told her to treat customers with respect. She also rushed my mother to get her groceries out of the way for the next customer. Totally rude and inconsiderate towards a 70 year old lady. This woman is in desperate need of an extensive customer service training because she should NEVER argue with a custoner or clients. Clearly this woman is unhappy and bitter because a happy person is thankful to be working during a pandemic. The Manager was nice but to avoid this woman we won't be returning to this location. As paying customers we can always choose to go where we're treated with respect and where they make us feel appreciated. I want to add that the sanitizer spray bottle by the meat department is broken and it had water in it. They're supposedly "strict" on covid protocol but they can't even offer proper or legit sanitizing equipment for the customers. The deli department sure needs help, there was only one lady helping customers while the other two were packaging cheese. No teamwork there. The produce guys don't know what okra is, which in opinion is a vegetable (hence produce department). The bakery personnel is also a little inattentive and unaware of their products."
"Great fresh cake options for any occasion! They have a lot of already made foods and their tortillas are fresh made every day!they also have a restaurant in store! This is the perfect store for parties."
