"Horrible experience. We placed our order 2 days ago and selected today as our pickup date. We received the email stating our order was ready for pick up. Arrived and parked. Turns out that they were running behind almost an hour. We waited almost 2 hours before we left with no groceries. There was no communication from Walmart staff giving us any updates or any reason for the really long delay. There others that had been waiting longer. Extremely disappointed."

"My order pickup experience was disappointing due to the inconvenient timing. My pick up time was from 10am to 11am. I arrived at 10:47am and my departure time was around 12:15pm. There was only one Wal-Mart team member bringing out purchased goods to about 14 cars. Also I expected to receive substitutes for some items I purchased because I was notified that the store was out of the exact Items I selected but that was not the case. The team member told me the items was not available in store and I should be receiving a refund. I decided to go in the store just to see if the items was in stock and of course majority of the items was in store. I normally go in and select my own items to purchase but I decided to do order pick up for social distancing purposes and this was not a great experience. Now the team member that brought my items to the car was very nice and helpful."
