"Helpful and friendly staff. Inventory is exceptional. What they don't have on the shelf, you can order from Amazon. The stocking crew told me that when I couldn't locate a favorite. Great buffet food bar, great pastries and desserts. Their coffee and drink bar always closes WAY too early, like 3pm. I don't get that. A lot of people like fruit drinks and coffee after 3pm. It just seems like they don't want to pay a barista. That's my only complaint. Produce is fresh and better than any other grocery stores."

"usually , good experience, but two of the cantaloupe were bad/ rotten. which were on sale. it would been better if they did not sell bad items on reduced price, as whole food market is known for their quality. this review is for Customer service , which was really bad, on web site. I have to make voice phone call, they asked me long transaction number, which customer service person had difficulty getting over phone, I wish if whole food market had better online customer service like they do in Amazon Fresh. that is reason of giving 1 start, if I can I will give 0 star on customer service."
