"I live one block away from here usually stop by to pick something up for dinner every night. Despite my neighbors hating this market and them always telling me to go to Von on woodruff, I gave them a chance because it was convenient. On sat 3/9 I go in around 9pm and one of the workers is literally throwing F bombs and slamming dishing and throwing boxes (almost hit me with a box in the back by the frozen waffles).I also deliver DoorDash on weekends. So I get a lot of their pings. I was having an issue with the item count not aligning correctly. What DoorDash considers an item, Vons considers a tote (contains like 5-10 items) I called my platform as it is super misleading (tiny payout) and most of the time they make you wait a super long time(sometimes 10+ minutes). They advised me to call the store and see if they could start inputting the totes as items. So I did that….. The first guy I spoke to was super cool and understood what I was talking but needed his store director. Phone was not muted so I can hear him pass the phone. I talked to the store director J who immediately barked “absolutely not , this is how we been operating for years, you don’t have to accept our orders” with a foul attitude. I work a corporate job Mon-Fri if she would have told me that she has a policy to follow or that she will run it by a higher up or something along those lines I would have totally understood and said goodbye politely. I ended the call on her. Nobody needs to be talked to like that, the staff in this place is wild."

"Nice, large store that still carries a lot of the variety that Pavilions did. I have the found the fruits and vegetables to be high quality and fresh. The bakery items are great and the bolillo rolls are especially good. Our checker is always super friendly and that is really what keeps us coming back. There is a small Starbucks on site, as well as clean public restrooms."

"Plenty of parking. Store is always clean. Easy access to locked bathrooms, which are also always clean. The employees are friendly. The produce is fresh. Shelves are always well stocked. The only item I won't purchase from this location is ice cream, as the top shelves are always severely iced over."

"Loved this location as a Pavillions. Not sure why the need to knock down the quality to a standard Vons. The nice flooring was ripped up and replaced with terribly polished concrete that is inconsistent throughout the store. Certain items are no longer available and the paint choices make the store feel incredibly cheap. The staff is still fantastic and nothing against them, but they also aren’t big fans of the downgrade. Makes driving down the street to Stater Bros or Amazon Fresh a little easier."

"This is a very big store! And they how's the vons.com which means they deliver all over the area. The staff is really nice and the food is really good check out the pics and you will see for yourself."
