"I recently ordered a peace lily online to be delivered to a local funeral home. I was contacted by the florist who told me that they did not have a peace, lily bat, but that they would make another arrangement if that was OK. I agreed to the arrangement, but when I looked online under the name of the arrangement, the largest one was a medium which was $20 less than the peace lily. I never was offered any money reimbursement and wondered if that is just how it works if what you ordered is out of stock. The family that received the arrangement said it was beautiful, so I guess that is what counts."

"My daughter ordered me a cotton candy arrangement, and was very disappointed. When my flowers arrived I sent a picture to her and they were nothing like she ordered. So she proceeded to call and speak with someone about the issue and was cut off and told they didn’t have everything that was supposed to be in the arrangement and was told if she didn’t like it to shop else where. Needless to say she will not be ordering from Oklahoma nor shopping here at your location. Very unprofessional on Blossoms behalf. And some of the flowers had brown on them."
