Randy @ American Fire Glass was extremely helpful & accommodating, by sending us “6” different color and types of cracked glass (next day delivery), both reflective and non-reflective. We choose ¼”Reflective Azurlite to match our other glass projects Previous perfect glass projects, include, but not limited to: 1) Large Azurlite (blue) sliding Barn-Door exposing our waterwall on one side, and our glassware cabinet on the other side, with Azurlite shelves and mirrored walls 2) Large swinging Milk-Glass Doors to all of our interior doors 3) Large sliding Milk-Glass Closet Doors 4) Azurilte Shelves 5) White Glass Bathroom Countertop and Bath Enclosures. 6) Custom Azurlite Glass Display Showcase for my wife’s sunglass collection Over the 49+ years of our married life, renovating and building our homes, we have never encountered a better glass company. "The most amazing customer service! Just had a very non-routine return issue and they solved it for me with no problem. I don't actually have a firepit; I bought lava rocks for a photo shoot so I can't speak to the actual rocks' performance, but truly great customer service (from Chris!) "Our flames weren't as expected - but after talking with technical support everything is working great and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient and waited while we fired up the ring to make sure everything was working properly. It turned out to be a matter of sequencing on turning it off and on (and turning the valve on slowly so it didn't create a lock). Bigger flames and super happy customer!"
