"I have been going here for about the last three years every week or every other. I work in high end hotels and wear a suit to work every day. Mr (and Miss best) went above and beyond when my father passed away and they were able to turn around a hem on a suit jacket within 24 hours. As long as I am in Tennessee I will go here. Best priced in MJ and I have not had a bad experience yet even slightly. Always get compliments on my pressed wear. 5/5 would recommend, -DB 12/30/22."

"I took two linen suits and 5 white dress shirts to mister best 4 simple cleaning and starch. If I had the time and opportunity I could have cleaned my shirts with OxiClean and been a lot happier. When I asked about my shirts and possibly them being redone or compensation I was argued with by the man that gave me my shirts with extreme rudeness and loudness! I have never been treated this way at this establishment before! However they would never get the opportunity to treat me that way again."

"Very pleased with a pair of pants that we got hemmed!! My wife bought an expensive pair of jeans and was afraid that they would get ruined, we were skeptical since we haven’t used a cleaners since moving to Tennessee. Her pants looked great she was very pleased!! They are a little pricey but other than that no complaints!!"

"Really wonderful team who has always gone the extra mile in their services. One time they even were able to get a blazer to me within 1 day while going above an beyond. Very kindhearted people. As an addendum, for those whom have left negative reviews, please bear in mind they are open 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturday. The husband and wife are the only two that work there, and I believe this may be why they are tired, which is understandable. I have had positive experiences working with this couple and am grateful for their services, and would recommend them to others. Thank you."
