They blamed it on me and took zero responsibility, saying “it had to be something other than wine.” … Excuse me? "They are very nice and did a good job but I think it’s over priced. It was $52 for a formal dress to be dry cleaned and for the padding to be sewn back in. This part was very simple stitching, see photo. They wrote that there was a hole damage but I don’t think there was and if that was where the padding was previously sewn in it didn’t need to be redone. Again- it was fine, just overpriced in my opinion"
