"We have used ChemDry in the past with more success, we were less pleased this time. The work was done 5 days ago and I looked online to try to find an email to share my concerns when I didn’t find anything. I hoped that I would get a post-service follow up phone call or email so I would know who to share my feedback with, which did not happen. So my only method of communication apparently is receiving a request for a Google review. The technician arrived an hour late, in all fairness, he did give me a reminder call that morning saying that he would be on time. However, he was apparently given the incorrect address that he said was 45 minutes away from our home. He told me he was at a house Orlando Ave or Street in Franklin (there is no such street in Franklin) Again they had been here before, so I’m not sure why they had an address that we have never been associated with on file, if that is what happened. He blamed the mix up on the owner, who wasn’t involved in the scheduling. When he arrived he seemed to know his product and communicated well about our options. He had already shared that he was concerned about being late for his Valentine’s dinner reservation that evening, which is why (I guess) he actively talked me out of cleaning our sofa and a chair. I suppose he didn’t want to take the time. He cleaned our upstairs carpets and a little while after he left I went up our wood stairs to take a peek, I knew I couldn’t walk on the carpet but I thought I’d be able to see a little bit from the top of the stairs. Best I could tell the carpet was OK but before I got there, I saw all the drips of dried stuff and footprints up the entire staircase. There was a dirty mop head left on the landing, and a wet towel left on the top step. I paid a lot of money to have him come and clean a portion of my house, so I was obviously disappointed to spend my Valentines evening hand mopping my stairs to clean up after him. But hey, I hope he made his dinner reservation!"

"Chem-Dry was courteous, professional, and friendly. The scheduler person communicates clearly and they were always pleasant to talk with. The technician who came also communicated well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative and explained everything well in a friendly way. The furniture is like new after the cleaning, an amazing transformation from deeply dog hair covered to completely clean. And 2 couches only took an hour or so. We have already scheduled a return cleaning shortly before an allergic guest arrives, and may hire Chem-Dry for other furniture."
