"Nice & friendly customer service, the guy who works there always offers help with laundry, whether it’s carrying clothes in or putting them from washer to dryer. He’s very active in the place unlike a lot of other laundromat’s in the area. If there’s a problem with machine, he always makes it right and fixes the issue. Very safe feeling, not sketchy & dim lighting. I’ve been going here for 3 years & refuse to take my business elsewhere."

"This place is awesome! The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they go out of their way. When a family member was put in the hospital, they went out of their way to help us make sure all clothes were sanitized, folded, and ready. This allowed me to focus on other things that had to be done, and due to the incident with my family member, some of the clothes were in rough shape. The man behind the counter was gracious and kind. He asked how my family member was recovering. During times like these, small acts of kindness go a long way. Also, I did not think the pricing was bad at all for wash and fold service, considering the quality of service you receive. They even put a little bag with any miscellaneous spare change or anything else left in pockets. Etc."

"Conviently located near the Berclair and Nutbush neighborhoods. This place is always clean, courteous, and the machines always work! Open till 11 most days so its great for those that get off late. They have some of the largest machines I've seen in a coin-op laundry, so washing quilts, comforters and really large loads works out coming here. Bonus: They will even wash and dry your clothes for you!!"
