I called to let them know they owed me $112 they stole and didn’t refund me and they said they would send it by the end of the day and they didn’t then I tried calling during business hours cause they still haven’t and I haven’t got my money back. And they don’t even answer now"

"Do business with this company at your own risk. I returned an item, which I know arrived there on 12/22/2020 and still no refund. I was very clear with my initial email as to why I was returning it and they tried to say my order was being processed and shipped (I already had the item). They then wanted to insinuate I was creating the confusion. I'm still waiting for my refund."

"They have a sign on their door that says they close at 5pm Mon-Fri and when I arrived at 4pm the gentleman in the office was rude and said we are closed and when I stated that the sign says you close at 5pm he said doesn’t matter we are closed. It’s a quick simple fix to update your sign and state that you close at 4pm now if that truly is the case."
