AMF Rocklin Lanes

"I have been coming to AMF in Rocklin for several years and Mike is my favorite bartender hands down. He always takes care of us and has the best attitude and customer service. Wednesday and Thursdays are the best because those are the days he works. Basically he’s the only reason I go to AMF in Rocklin. But… the ranch sucks!"

"We used to love this place, but as of the last few years, they are terrible. They don’t post league days on their calendar so you show up and SORRY! No public lanes until after 3pm (or later). They don’t answer their phone. EVER. There is never enough people on staff, so good luck getting food or service in a timely manner. And what really pushed me to write this review was our (repeat) experience today. We arrived 15 mins before opening and got in an already well-formed line. We waited for 20 minutes before getting to the desk to be told there are no lanes available. Simply putting a sign out to alert patrons there are no lanes rather than making people wait 20-40 mins only to be turned away would be the proper thing to do. This would be the second time this has happened to us. The employee was clearly not happy to be there and was acting frustrated and edgy. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location anytime in the near future."

"Absolutely love this place. Been Bowling since I was a toddler basically. This place is still Old School. Customer Service is still CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mike at the bar always takes care of me and my league team on Wednesday. He knows us by name and makes it feel like Cheers in this place. I literally live around the corner from Strikes and I will not go there because the vibe is just right at this place. Again, ask for Mike at the bar and he’ll definitely take care of you."

"Tuesday night unlimited bowling, bring a handful of people, grab the pitcher with 2 appetizers deal and you're set up for a good night. A couple lanes had some issues but the staff was friendly and reliable enough to sort us out. Great times worth the trip out. 1 person buys the lane, every one after that buys one pitcher each. Perfect night out."
