"The manager of this dry cleaner is the rudest person I have met who is in the service industry. I asked for a receipt for clothes I was dropping off and she refused and ended up yelling at me. Asking for a receipt should not be too much to ask. Beware of this business!!"

"Brought in a linen lined comforter that my dog threw up on to be cleaned. It was in perfectly good condition when I brought it in, other than that. When I called to see that it was ready for pick up, I was told there were several rips (4) in the material. I was asked if I wanted it repaired by the alterations dept. I said yes, but that I didn’t think I should have to pay for that. (The rips were large and the sewing was terrible!) The comforter came back in much worse condition than when I left it! I felt like they should be paying me so I could go buy a new one since they ruined it! They said, well, when you leave something with us, its at your own risk!!! No, that’s not how this works! I won’t be taking anything else there!"

"I took in 5 shirts. 2 were lost, and after 3 visits over 9 days, they had no explanation about what happened to the lost shirts. The only compensation I was offered was free laundering of the remaining 3 shirts. Fail."

"It pains me to leave this review because I have been a customer here for years. Over the past 6 months or so the service has declined greatly. I recently took in a load of clothes and when I got them back they were wrinkled and they were not pressed with heavy starch as I requested. When I took them back the next morning the lady in the back became defensive and said she did not see anything wrong with the shirts. I pointed out that every shirt was still wrinkled but she continued to say she saw nothing wrong. They agreed to redo the shirts. Then I was told that my shirts look like that because of the size. I explained to them that I've been coming here for years and my shirts never looked like this in the beginning but the last 3 visits my shirts had to be ironed before wearing them. So, I picked my shirts up the next day and they still looked just as bad. They refused to refund the money. I pay a minimum or $130 each visit. It makes no sense that I had to iron a shirt, that I picked up from them, before I could wear it. I took my shirts to another location and they were done perfectly for less than what I was charged here. On another note the pants were done okay. Some better than others."

"I took my tuxedo to get dry cleaned here. When I got it back there was a large, very noticeable stain. There was something left in the pocket that they had not checked. Now my $600 jacket is ruined and they wouldn’t offer me any compensation. You would expect them to check pockets before dry cleaning any clothing, but they do not. I had been coming here for years, but now they have lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed."
