Leafguard Gutter Protection

"I've already given a poor review to this operation under "Leafguard Gutter." Third-party booking services to schedule appointments. He refused to make an appointment with me as i am not the owner. I am superintendent over multiple properties for the owner and agent for all maintenance, repairs and improvements to all thier assets. The property I was attempting to have quoted for services is a 5,000 sqft 2 million dollar home. My client does not want nor do they have the time to personally meet with gutter guard personnel for their property needs. That's why they have a superintendent. Leafguard made a weak attempt to address my review on the other post, stating "I could call them to look into my concerns." Are you serious!? Honestly, that was the most disrespectful reply I've ever gotten. Yeah, ok. Leafguard booking services are insulting potential clients, and it's "my" job to look into how they failed to get my business? Terrible company. Terrible policies. And based on other reviews, pushy, over priced and handling the business with sub contractors in all areas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN CONSIDERING OR CONTACTING THIS COMPANY."

All around great experience. 4 months later....the gutters still look great, but the crew forgot to bring 3 concrete pieces that go under the drain pipes. I spoke on the phone with their manager and he promised to have them brought to my house within a few weeks. They are still not here. Overall I love the gutters but not the follow-up."
