"I had an appointment for 7:30am. I had some trouble getting my kid to school that morning and was running late. I tried to call a few times but the phones were saying the office was not open yet. I arrived at 8:00am. The staff was kind and worked me in. I appreciate the kindness and grace they showed me this morning. Sometimes being a mom and working full time and juggling everything is so hard. I am so thankful for them. I have seen Dr. Denton for over 20 years. He has always been so caring and helpful. I am so thankful for him and his staff. ❤️"

"My husband was seen in office on 2/7/24, he has been a patient of Dr. McMillin’s for the last 33 years. Unfortunately, Dr. McMillin was unavailable so he was scheduled with Robert Wilson, MD. My husband paid $100 (self pay) to be seen for a cold, and his back. Dr. Wilson told him that there was nothing wrong with him, that he was not going to prescribe him any medication for his “cold” that he would be better by the weekend and to drink something with honey in it. Also, Dr. Wilson didn’t even address the issue with his back, said he was only allotted 15 minutes for the appointment that he was going to have to come back and be seen. He was only in the room with Dr. Wilson for less then 6 minutes, and wasn’t in the office. After an ER visit, he was diagnosed with pneumonia & a herniated disc. We are super disappointed how he was treated in the office, and believe Dr. Wilson needs to be re-taught bedside manner. My husband does not go to the doctor unless it’s absolutely necessary considering the last appointment he had at Roane County Family Practice was 2 years prior. It’s not right he paid $100 for his office visit and wasn’t listened to, or treated…or allotted the full 15-minutes he PAID for to discuss his concerns. We are super disappointed with his visit with Dr. Wilson."

"Dr. McMillan has been my Doctor for years! He is Absolutely Amazing! He is so Kind and Gentle with his words. He has so much Compassion and Empathy. I adore him. Tammy and Jessica, his Nurses are so Kind and go out of their way to make you feel heard and Cared for! Adam, is Precious. He is so Pacient and Kind. He listens and Cares. He has Calmed my Anxiety many times. He Truly Cares for his Patients!"

"Dr. Denton has been our doctor for over 20 years. My daughter in law and I took my granddaughter for her 4 month checkup and vaccinations. Checkup went well until my daughter in law told the nurse that she only wanted some of the vaccines not all that they wanted to give her at 4 months. His nurse said she would have to go talk to Dr. Denton about it. She came back to the room and said Dr. Denton wanted her to have them all. My daughter in law only want 3 shots. Dr. Denton came into the room upset. He said “What do you mean not wanting to get your baby vaccinated?” She told him she only wanted certain ones. He them told her that if she didn’t get the other ones too he would no longer see her baby as a patient. He also made it personal. He told her that he didn’t want his grandkids to be around a baby that wasn’t vaccinated. He made her feel like she was a horrible Mother. She has done research on vaccinating your babies. She and her husband decided together which ones to give. I thought we lived in a free country where the parent had the right to choose what they think is best for their own child. Apparently we don’t. Plus if his grandkids are vaccinated and my grandchild hasn’t had all of hers does that not cancel out his grandkids from getting the disease he thinks our grandbaby will get. People do your research! See what shots they will be giving and research the ingredients in them and possible causes of what vaccines can do to your child. I’m very disappointed and upset that Dr. Denton made my daughter in law feel the way he did. It caused her so much anxiety. He could have been nicer about telling her he refuses to see her baby again. Super upset!!!"

"This place is awesome. My whole family goes to Dr. Mcmillin. My son sees Dr Denton. Tina the NP is great along with the other doctors we have seen on occasion. They care about patient care and well being. Connie is great office manager and keeps place running smoothly. All the Nurses, receptionist, billing, etc you all are great."
