"After TWO WEEKS of calling and begging them to pick up trash in our neighborhood, this is how they left the trash barrel. They are constantly late, and never show up when they are supposed to. It’s gotten to a point where neighbors have had to buy a second bin, because they won’t do their job. Now, they are taking their frustrations out on me, when I call and BEG them to do their jobs. There was a major holiday, and yet they did NOT come dump any bins. This is sad, and unprofessional, on every level."
