"Had such an unsettling experience with a “Assistant Manager,” Derek Kleis. His demeanor was unwelcoming and condescending, asking inappropriate questions which made my brother, friend that was trying to sign up that day, and me feel extremely uncomfortable on day one we never even went back after that encounter. It's disheartening when the staff, especially those in customer service roles, fail to provide a friendly and supportive environment that they preach about as a company. This experience has deterred me from returning to the gym as seen by other reviews it’s obviously not the first time this has occurred and I hope the management will address this issue to improve the experience for future patrons."
