"Lots of shaded areas under trees....big field in middle of park...residents taking walks mostly everyday, even in summer time. Decent playground for kids. Down fall is that the restrooms need to be updated, no doors for privacy. Also alot of dog poop on grass areas, which tells me the owners dont pick up their mess....just watch your steps."
