"The laser tag was definitely an experience to have and feel here. Very friendly, competitive environment. But unfortunately my gf and I arrived a little late and they didn’t want to issue a refund since we paid for 2 rounds and we only did one round. We were offered game cards meanwhile, but I still didn’t think the arcade games were that exciting since a lot of good arcades games weren’t working. If you are paying for 2 rounds or any round, please plan ahead of time since the merchant will not refund you for being late. I suggest arriving at least 10-15 minutes early for the time(s) you reserved."

"Staff was very friendly. They were helpful and immediately gave us back credits when an arcade game ate some of our credits. I noticed staff frequently cleaning off various arcade games after use. The lasar tag layout was fun. Our group really enjoyed the time! We definitely would come back!"

"Staff were very helpful in recommending packages...this place is very clean. They have a new area for VR which was nice for older kids. Would definitely recommend coming here for those days you're not sure where to take your kids out for a fun time!"

"The location is very small and the price that they charge they should be ashamed. A few of the games purposely cause you to not win and while the staff sit and watch knowing that this game is rigged they do nothing about it. I'm glad my son and his friends had fun, however I would not recommend this location for a party. Just come in with your kids for a few hours. The only reason why I gave the two stars is because the location is clean, and the two employees that were here was nice. *Update 1/08/24 the reply that I received from this business is comedy. The manager claimed he was going to open the machine and give my niece her stuffed animal which she so rightly won, however he went off to an interview knowing we were waiting for him to give her the stuffed animal. Now I don't recommend this location at all. How dare you're manager lack integrity and not provide my niece her animal. The party was over and we waited an extra 10 minutes only to watch him walk into the backroom and conduct an interview. My niece was waiting. Never again"

"My kid had an amazing time at their laser tag birthday party! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I went inside the laser tag arena and it had a cool vibe with loud music. The arcade was well-maintained and had a lot of fun games. The kids had a blast running around and playing the game. The food was on time while still hot. Everything on the menu was delicious, and the chicken tenders were also a hit. I wanted to rent another room for a bigger space for my guests since it was available, but the staff refused and that was a little disappointing. Anyway, 1 party room was enough for 15kids and 9 adults. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and exciting birthday party."
