"Our family hosted a birthday party here on 11/26/23 and it was extremely hot! We asked the staff several times to lower the temperature but they were unable to lower the temperature due to a maintenance lockout. Management needs to fix the issues ASAP as lots of people looked miserable in the heat. Overall, fun place for kids big and small with plenty of room for adults to sit. Would not reccomend this location since they seem to not care about the comfort of attendees."

"Lots of activities to do for the kids. We were there for about two hours and my 9 and 7 year old had an blast. As long as you're wearing socks you don't have to purchase any additional socks. There are other places we've been to that required you to purchase their specific socks, which is annoying. 2 adults are free per child and the child fee was around $20 per child. You're allowed to come and go all day as long as you keep your receipt, which is amazing! You can buy an activity card to play their games and ride their moto-bikes, but we didn't and it was totally fine. We were there around noon on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all. They have snacks for sale, so you're not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. But they're in a shopping plaza that has a bunch of food options so you can always go out for food and come back and play some more! I'm docking a star because their staff was just mediocre. They were inattentive and the main counter girl was robotic with zero personality. You have to be buzzed in/out and we were waiting a while to leave, so I tried to flag a worker down. She purposefully turned and walked the other way from me once she saw I was trying to get her attention. The staff just looked miserable, like they hated their jobs. Luckily my kids don't notice these things, but it stood out. Go for the kids and expect nothing from the staff and you'll have an amazing time :)"

"My child loves this place. They have an infant and toddlers area, and a bigger kid area for climbing and sliding down a few slides. There are claw machines that are “win every time” so they don’t get frustrated by claw machines, and plenty of room to sit and watch. Plus they sell simple snacks if you don’t want to lug your bag around. The music is at a reasonable volume, but you can go in the dance room for a loud experience if you want."

"Been here for a couple of kid birthday parties. Was impressed. Kids had a blast playing and climbing and chasing after each other. There were a few item in the maze that looked a bit suspect (the mega slide and the climbing net thingy) but besides a few early bang ups the kids figured out how to safely play on everything. The area for the toddlers (kids in diapers) is pretty small though. That said, the play spaces were well kept and clean. The facility overall was in good condition (and smelled nice) and the staff was constantly cleaning up the floor and tables even when the place is busy."
