"The worst customer service ever. Play Pie is way cleaner, bigger and better overall. Walking in she yells to take my shoes off. Miss I wasn't going in with them, just trying to pay. Then, in the "4 & under" this creepy older man is sitting there. Tries to pu his arm in front of my daughter. If he would've put his hand on my 5 year old, big problem! Post the rules, tell cashier to explain rules, then if customers don't listen let them know. Not a pleasant experience."

"This places is so great. A great way for my son to release all of his energy. It’s a bonus because Blippi was here!! My son is a big fan of Blippi!! So many good reasons to come here: - Very easy to come in. A bonus because it’s the same way to go to round one. - very nice indoor playground area. Very clean. I love it because they have a special area for 4 and under. - lots of slides and tunnels. Many ways to go in. 3 stories ! You will probably get lost in there. I’m giving this 3 stars because there’s a $3 extra charge to bring in another parent. So it’s one child to one adult. I also wish there are some educational opportunities here too. But overall still worth it to come here. We only saw the staff just coming in and out."

"One of the cleanest kids play area in Orange County, highly recommended, super clean and nice cozy play area for kids from 1-12 years old, we have membership here and we come a lot here my kids enjoy it a lot, it’s good place also if you want the kids to play abd you finish some work on the couch or the tables, but the most important thing here is cleanliness I hope they keep up with it."
