Don't trust your dream tattoo to anyone but Noah at Harbor Light Tattoo in Monterey. After a phone consultation I sent photos of the tattoo I wanted. Any good artist can duplicate a photo. However, it's very rare that you find one that can capture and express emotion as vividly as Noah does. It's very obvious he is dedicated to doing the best ink work he can from beginning to end. It shows in the end result. Take a look at what a unique gift he has and call for an appointment right away. He is booked months in advance. You won't be sorry you did."

"Such a great experience at this shop. I presented an idea to Noah and he was so incredibly enthusiastic about it and executed it beautifully. Fortunately we were both complete nerds about the idea and it just worked out so perfectly. I felt like he totally understood the reference and meaning the tattoo had which was super important to me. I definitely didn’t just want anyone to do this tattoo who didn’t “get” it. It was exactly everything I wanted for the design and the experience itself was so great. The colors are beautiful, the design is exactly how I envisioned it, and it fit perfectly in the spot I wanted it. At NO point did I feel uncomfortable or unheard about the design or placement. I felt like Noah really listened to me about any concerns I had before we started or when I needed a break. Overall, super pleasant experience, really amazing artist and person, and genuinely felt like he cared about making the experience awesome and gave me an incredible tattoo. The shop is also super clean, sanitized religiously, limited capacity, mask wearing, etc. so I felt very safe about any covid risks.
