"Ok you guys!After my visit to this location, I decided to leave a review simply because you always see or hear about the complaints, but people don’t speak about the positive experiences enough. I hope this helps someone with making a decision in the future. After weeks of looking online at the different services they offer, I decided to bite the bullet and just go there instead. I’m sooo grateful I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and instantly felt at ease. The ladies that helped me introduced themselves to me as Evaniece and Indira (I hope I’m spelling correctly ). They really helped me to understand their services and made amazing recommendations and overall made me feel super confident and comfortable in making a decision. I was hesitant because I know the services can be a bit pricy, but it was definitely worth it. You have found yourself a long term customer and I am so grateful to you both for being helpful and patient with me. On my way out of a couple of other ladies told me “have a great day!!” (wish I got their names too) Overall this location was superb. Everyone was friendly, warm, courteous and inviting. Appreciate you ladies so much!!"

"These ladies at the Los Gatos store are always respectful and super helpful. There was one in particular who went above and beyond for me. Her name was Evaniece. Although I was not able to fully complete my transaction at the time, she did not treat me any different or change her energy with me. I ended up referring a friend of mines to her for laser hair removal for Brazilian and underarms and she also loved her customer service. I definitely recommend this store when it comes to receiving an amazing experience that will make you want to keep coming back. Keep up the good work ladies !!"

"I have been going to laser away for a full year. I had a mixed experience with some good and some bad. I feel they are very sales oriented, they want you to buy as much as they can get you to. My results were ok. Not what I was expecting. I had an issue with one of the financial accounts as I was told something opposite from what was happening. I felt Norma I believe her name was , is a bit of a bully when it comes to her job. She was very aggressive and had lots of rude comments when anything was not right and needed to be adjusted. She gave off a mean girl vibe. I brushed off the first time she did it, but it began to be a multiple incident occurrence. She would be rude and condescending and then try to cover it with a nice comment. It was hard because I was in the middle of treatments and didn't want to be retaliated against, so I decided to wait to finish my appointments before writing my review. After the way she treated me I knew I was not going to do any follow up and I planned to go to SEV and have been much happier, they are very professional, don't need to sell anything and I'm seeing better results in three sessions than 10 at laser away. The technician's and ladies who are doing the services at laser away have all been amazing, polite, kind, and professional. I have had no issues with any of them or their techniques. I enjoyed the lady who does the filler but laser away front desk doesn't tell you that they only do filler in three places until after you purchase your filler( very shady ) the lady also told me to massage my filler and the place I usually go says not to touch it, I was left with a small lump and have never had that happen before anywhere else. They also can only keep your syringe a month, must be old products. Everywhere else I've been they can keep it six months for unused products. I would not recommend laser away and they try to make you think their prices are a deal but they really aren't. Thank you to the kind staff who did my services and wish you well."

"I was sold on Clear and Brilliant before my wedding and unfortunately didn’t experience anything close to the results touted. I’ve reached out to customer service and haven’t received a reply. This was a 6 session package and half of my experiences were sub par in the sense of lukewarm customer service, inconsistencies in treatments depending on who was administering the treatment, and my first session I was expected to know what to do and how to apply the numbing cream. It seemed quite inconvenient to the woman prepping me to show me how to do it. A lot of money and sometimes good experiences, sometimes not good, and no results to speak of."
