"Prompt, efficient, honest, responsive. Amazing job! They delivered a next day estimate and although we may have gotten lucky, they had the roof done within 48 hours of calling. We found out on Tuesday the we needed a new roof in order to close on a loan to buy our home. On Wednesday, we saw a sign for Mark's and gave them a call. We had an estimate Thursday morning and by 9:15 Friday morning all the shingles were off. Mark's crew had it done and cleaned up by 4:30 Friday, roughly 48 hours after we called them. Mark was great to talk to and was very responsive via call and text. I was worried about the quick job on such short notice, but their numerous good reviews and recommendations put my mind at ease and I'm glad for it.
