"The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect for parties! The staff is super helpful and made everything so easy from the easy online booking to even setting everything up the day of and tending throughout. We had an amazing time!"
"We love this place! My nanny baby and I come almost every day that I work and he has the best time. The staff are always super friendly, clean bathrooms, and activities for all ages! Thank you ball n bounce!"
"What an absolute family fun place to go. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is by far the best place for kids. I’ll be back for sure!"
"I took my daughter to Ball N Bounce for her first birthday. The staff was amiable and helpful; they walked us through the process and showed us the facility. It's a small facility, but you can only expect a little since it's in an expensive area. One of the most important things I like is cleanliness; their staff was on top, cleaning the top surface, and everything was organized and in its place. I will take my daughter back since she had a lot of fun."
"NOT for visitors. very expensive. This was the only place we’d been to that didn’t have in and out privileges and I paid $35 for 1 adult and a 2 year old. Cute place, but not worth it at all. You have to be a “member” to walk out and come back in. Sandbox wasn’t open either, which they should stop advertising until it’s open. Wish I would’ve known. Money thrown away. Better off going somewhere else. Staff wasn’t super friendly either. act like they don’t want to work there."
