"Katie Mizuno is amazing! I was specifically looking for women artists in the Bay Area who do heavy black work, which is hard to find (hopefully that changes!) when I discovered her. The studio is squeaky clean and I felt absolutely safe going there. I don't know how her mind works, but she was able to beautifully incorporate the inspiration photos I sent her into a dreamy piece. Katie is so sweet and a joy to talk, which is nice when you're there for several hours. I got my tattoo over a year ago and it still looks brand new (see pic)!
