"Terrible service…3 trips to pick up 1 order. It would have been 4 trips but I chose to not allow them to re-treat a new shirt they stained during the original service. Their customer service deamenor has always been cold. This last time they attempted to make their problems my fault. I’m done with this company; unwilling to accept feedback, too many excuses and never apologetic. My advice is stay away."

"Nice little shop, but feels overall overpriced. Had a king size comforter cleaned and it was $50, I moved here from Auburn AL but lived in Destin FL and had the same comforter washed in both places for $20-30 max. The increase would be okay if it didn’t seem like it was barely cleaned at all. Previous places I’ve taken it to had it smelling freshly laundered whereas here it seemed like it was thrown through just water, dried then packaged."

"I was very disappointed. I brought in three new shirts, still in packaging. I simply asked for them to be pressed. I was charged $21 for this. When I expressed my astonishment, I was told that laundering and pressing would have been about $3 a shirt. Why was I not told this when I brought them in? Is there any reason a man’s shirt should be treated this way? Very disappointing. Chris reached out to me almost immediately and explained why it had been treated as such and that we had a communication breakdown over what was required. He was very understanding while also explaining the dry cleaning business and its complexities. He credited my account, which he did not have to do, and I will be returning for repeat business."

"I had all but given up hope of wearing my $300 silk blouse again, due to an unknown stain, but I knew if it was salvageable, Lapels would be the solution, and I was correct!! Good as new…literally! They are, hands down, the best dry cleaner I’ve used. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The turnaround time is quick and the customer service and pricing are spot on! They are conveniently-located downtown, and there is always parking right in front. Equally important to the quality of their work, my garments have NEVER come out with that nasty “old dry-cleaning solution” smell. Huge plus!"

"I dropped my white pants to this store weeks ago. And I told the store there was a stain on it and show it to the staff. On next Tuesday, I came to pick up my clothes and found out that that stain was there! Seriously? This is the first time they disappointed me (they found good excuses and explained it). ——— I cannot comment the owner’s reply. So I leave my reply here. The owner replied to me saying that “all the stains are not removable”. The truth is you removed it completely at the second time. So how could you say all the stains are not removable? The stains was removed means it is removable, and I told your staff please remove it (it didn’t at the first time). Also you mentioned you cleaned the paints twice without additional charge. Who pays my cost, my time and my energy? Me, myself, I spent the time driving to your store and picking up the clothes. Then it turned out that the pant still had that stain. I returned it and picked it up the second time. You defended your employees. True, go for it. I shall defend myself. I shall protect my rights. You don’t need to apologize to me. You should train your employees better."
