"Items were well cleaned but they charged me a $15 credit card fee. When I asked what the extra charge was for, they pointed out a small sign that said they have a cash price and a credit card price. When I asked to cancel the credit card transaction so I could pay the cash price, I was told there was no way the transaction would be canceled. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no one there. I will not be returning to Bensinger’s."
"I called about having a shower curtain cleaned. The lady that answered was not very friendly. I ask if she knew someone that did clean them. She said no and hung up. No help at all! This use to be "the" cleaners to use in Memphis.....but not anymore."
