Benjamin Moore - Creative Paint

"Every time I try to get to this location before they close they're locked up early. Today I arrived 3 minutes before close just to pick up an online order on my way home and the door was locked and the person I'd seen in the building as I pulled up was nowhere to be found. When I've managed to arrive when they're *actually* open, nobody greets anyone, and several times there haven't even been employees visible. One time I almost left before someone finally came out from the back to ring me up."

"Not bad with service. However everyone working there expects you to know everything. Don’t really want to help or educate. Also closes earlier then they are supposed to many times."

"I had a very unfortunate and ultimately expensive experience with this store. I specifically asked for a tinted primer and provided the clerk with the formula and a sample. Instead he sold me just the basic white primer with no tint. There was no “dot” on the lid of the can so I was unaware of the problem until it was too late. So now instead of just applying two coats - primer and paint - I have to apply three coats which entails purchasing another can of paint for $75 and an extra $100 to my painter. AND when I explained this dilemma to the clerk, his attitude was quite cavalier and said he never “dots” his paint cans. Every other store from which I’ve purchased paint does this automatically. If I hadn’t been advised to buy Benjamin Moore paint for this project I would have gone elsewhere which I advise you to do as well."

"I came in for three gallons of interior paint for a project I am working on. The staff was very helpful and mixed the paint quickly and accurately. The man was so nice by carrying my paint cans to my car. Great experience. I will be going back for more paint for additional projects."
