"You have to go to a Vietnamese supermarket if you want a wide variety of Vietnamese items that you just won't see at 99 Ranch, Pacific supermarket, or Marina Market. I came here specifically to get flour mix for making bánh khọt. The non Vietnamese stores usually carry only bánh xèo mix. This store has both, and many other types of mixes. This time it also had a cast iron pan that can be used for making stuffed donuts, apple skiver, or bánh khọt. Previously they had an aluminum a version. I'm buying the iron pan and mix for culinary friends to their own bánh khọt."
