"Just moved here from los angeles California and this was the cleaners that stood out for me they were very nice and kept their composure when I came in with a laundry bag full of clothes. Everytime I've came nothing but great service and great outcome with my clothes thank you soo much!!!!"

"I called and spoke with someone about getting my suit cleaned. Also, I asked when it would be ready for pick-up. When I arrived to drop-off my suit; it was something totally different. I could barely understand the Man (English very bad) behind the counter. He couldn't guarantee the pick-up time or if they could clean it. I went somewhere else."

"I went in on a Wednesday afternoon with a sequin dress with lots of detail. I knew it would be a task to clean so I asked specifically if they could clean it. They showed me a part that may come off. I was fine with that and told them I'm ok with it. The lady called the owner, they looked at it in the camera etc.and said they'd clean it. I PAID in advance and was told to come back after 4pm on Saturday. Went in on Saturday and the dress was in a bag stating cannot clean. I asked y didn't anyone call me to tell me. She says we had a lot of customers today. I said you've had 3 days and you were just cleaning it today? Mind you the dress was to be worn Saturday night. She ignores me and when I said you're just going to ignore me, she says I was listening to you but the owner said he wouldn't clean it. I again said but you called the owner while I was here we'll the husband owner said no. Again I asked why wasn't I notified? Crickets... She gave me a refund in cash after I paid with my debit card and did not return the credit card fee and I didn't have a service rendered! No apology at all. I was never rude, never raised my voice etc. Poor poor customer service!! I've loved their cleaning & alterations in the past but this was unacceptable!!"

"I dropped off a test run of 3 or 4 shirts. No complaints. Although the inside and outside could use a little cosmetic improvement, in these economic times, sometimes that falls by the wayside. I'm gonna hit them with a full onslaught this weekend. I'll let you know how they did."

"I took a Quinceanera dress to this place, I told the owner to be very delicate, it was handmade. She understood.. They were able to get the bottom of it cleaned however they left holes and runs on the top layer. She said I spent a lot of time on this and it was to be expected.. I told her nowhere on her policy sign states may cause rips. She offered to patch it, no ma'am. She couldn't clean it without causing damage to it. First experience is the last with this location"
