Definitely not the place to go if you are wanting prompt care and a provider that carries through with their word. Office professionalism is incredibly lacking and the NP makes no time for phone calls, even in a pandemic. Worth your time and sanity to go elsewhere for care."

We never have to wait when we had an appointment and she always was so informative! Best doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! We just moved to MA and wish i could have her here!"

"My daughter, Isabella, is 2 years old. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician for her. When she was only an infant (literally a month old) she had been throwing up nonstop and nobody listened until she started seeing Dr. Emily Harless. My concerns for my child were heard, she was sent to see a GI, and immediately was admitted to Children's Hospital. We found out she had a severe milk protein allergy and she was fed through a tube going through her nose to keep her from throwing up. I got the right type of formula for her after being told by a nutritionist that her allergy was so bad that I had to quit breast feeding. Afterwards this sweet little girl grew up to be healthy, smart, and absolutely amazing. Emily is nothing short of being kind and helpful. She always picks up calls to her and returns them no later than 10 minutes no matter what they're about. Emily's staff is warm hearted as well and my daughter is treated like more than JUST a patient and she's remembered each time we come in so we don't even have to tell our names when she's needing to be seen for an appointment."

"The Doctor at this practice is a horrible Doctor. For the last several years she had been caring for myself and my mother. Last year my mother had an aneurysm hemorrhage and she made it to the hospital and life saving surgery was administered. After healing she has some memory loss and her eye sight was shot. Because of this the attending Doctors told her she is now disabled but the government doesn't see it that way even though she can't drive or work without a doctor's release. Today, my mother was dismissed by this practice because she doesn't have any insurance. I can understand them maybe not seeing her but dismissing her altogether means that the 7 or so medications she takes to prevent her new aneurysm (a second one recently formed) from hemorrhaging she no longer has access too because she doesn't have a doctor to prescribe them. I do not understand how a person could take the Hippocratic Oath and then give a patient, who had been loyal to you for years, a death sentence effectively. This doctor is a terrible doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone. Ever. Update: Thanks to this review my mother was offered a one month supply of her medicine until she finds another Doctor."
