"This is one of my favorite store which I go at least once a month. I love the variety of bulk herbs they have, their supplements, and other bulk items. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful. I want to mentioned the manager, Susan, who made an exception to keep good on a promise to refund my money for some bulk products that I got that were not usable. She went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because some of their products lack the freshness and good quality and unfortunately, you cannot return any bulk of anything that has been open. I have bought some facial oils that were spoiled and had to trash them and when I took them to the store, I was simply reminded of their "no refund policy" so I just left it there. On another occasion I got some protein bars that were expired and had to be put on the trash. My only suggestion is to keep up with the freshness and quality of their products."
