"This is one of the good Filipino grocery stores to go to. They sell a bunch of Filipino items in the supermarket and there are other places connected to that place like Goldilocks. I see that they have their own Filipino takeout restaurant. It looks good there, but I haven’t tried that place yet. Products are even affordable too. I can imagine that Union City is heavily populated with Filipinos, which is why there are a lot of Filipino supermarkets here."

"Solid filipino market with a new hot deli section! I like their decent variety of fresh fruits and vegetables available. Meat selection is surprisingly varied and available in different cuts. Only negative is I decided to try their bangus sisig and it was nasty or maybe I'm just not used to having a mouthful of fish bones and scales in my sisg? Who does that?? Had a couple of bites and threw the 1lb container away."

"I love this UC place.. it's bigger and it now has a fresh hot deli.. the food is sarap! The only thing is the lechon is sold whole and the chicken chicharron has to be purchased by the pound..no halfers..but so far so good.. the store is bigger than the one in Hayward and they have a variety of more things to choose from.. The employees are sweet and helpful. They always have more than two registers open. I hope this store remains open for a long time because my Lola used to drag me there all the time and now I drag my grandson there with me.. and he's like noooo in a playful way. So this is home for me.. and memories of my lola and lolo."
