"I shop here a lot for personal and professional purposes, but not all the staff is friendly. I haven't had a real issue with any of the staff before but the young lady with super long curly bangs that cover her eyes completely was barely civil to us when checking out tonight. She seemed really eager to talk to the coworker behind us who was leaving for the night. I can understand being shy or introverted but when you work as a cashier, it would be better to not give super short responses to a customer checking out while happily chatting with the person behind them(even if it is a coworker who is leaving for the night that you are comfortable with.) Hopefully I just misunderstood the situation but either way, I recommend going to a different checker if you aren't wanting the fastest and most impersonal checkout ever."

"This store has a rewards club called "Something extra and I joined and had buying the sale items in the ads. One day I studied the receipt and noticed although the system took my phone # during purchase, I was missing ALL reductions of prices. Later I returned to store, to get my discounts only to learn even though you use phone #, you still have to clip paper coupon for dscounts"

"Clean, well stocked, feels safe, friendly staff. I am stoked that I found this place. It feels like grocery stores felt 30 years ago. That is a huge compliment."

"I used to spend $1,500 a week here then when I did the online order they wouldn't deliver my stuff. The manager apologized for the delivery issue and offered me free deliver next time. I stopped shopping here. A year later today I ordered a shopping list that I need and I get this text that I have to come in the store and show my ID and credit card I used. I am done with this store. I rather give my money to safeway were I don't have no issues."
