"The service during surgery was great. I didn’t know they were outsources until I received a bill. Their hourly charges were ridiculous, especially for a simple outpatient procedure. Customer service was terrible. They offer no financial aid and only up to 20% off if you pay in full. They refuse to negotiate. I’d rather deal with a collection agency."

"Service provided was okay. What wasn’t okay, unbeknownst to me, is being told I owe money to them and then informing me that they are going to send our information to collections. Come to find out, they didn’t even have the correct address on file so I never got the bill, and they didn’t even attempt to make a phone call to me in the meantime, UNTIL they decided they wanted to send it to collections. That is when I finally received a phone call about it. Ridiculous."

"The anesthesiologist themselves are great. My score is based on their billing department. I had to have a surgery right as the COVID-19 stuff started. When I got my explanation of benefits from my insurance company, this group had charged for 2 different anesthesiologists....it only took one person to administer the anesthesia. When I receive a bill for my portion. I was the only person left with a job in my household due to the (COVID-19). I called and told the billing lady that we were struggling and I'd send what I could pay it when I was able to. Their response to it was that they were going to send me to a collection agency. My surgery was end of March. I didnt receive the first bill until the first of July. They also would not remove the over 1000 per anesthesiologist charged for 2 anesthesiologists, over 2000.00 (when I only needed one anesthesiologist to put me to sleep) from what they billed my insurance company. My insurance company paid it so in my eyes, they already double billed my insurance company more than 1000, yet are still making me pay the 500 copay and wont allow me a chance to pay them without sending to collections. The billing company for this place is awful."
