Reviews of The Alley
"I'll give them a zero star if I could. Bad customer service. We waited on their waiting list for over an hr to do the axe throwing while every single person that walked in after us got a stall. We walked up to ask the host and she stated we will now have to wait in line again. We asked to speak to the supervisor and he did not apologize nor even have any sympathy that we wasted so much time and money for their food while waiting. No comps whatsoever. While we were talking to the supervisor the host continued to take in walk ins to other stalls that had opened up. So if you have time to wait all night then go for it but I would suggest waiting by the hostess desk for an open stall instead of being on their waitlist and spending money for food. Do not opt to be put on their waitlist because the waitlist is not considered when stalls are open."
"Absolutely worst customer service. Horrible overpriced food. We watched for 2 hours the bartender serve and pour every drink he made with a different amount of alcohol. Clearly didn't know the proper amount in a cocktail. Jipping most of his customers including me. Giving me a margarita without any tequila in it. Then we waited 2 hours for a lane just to get double charged and completely robbed of bowling because we were put next to a family that did not have basic etiquette when it comes to staying in their bowling lane. Extremely upset that we ended up spending $200 and 4 hours playing the waiting game. If I could give 0 stars and get our money back I would. Would not recommend this place. They will steal your money and then act stupid when you call them out."
"We had a two hour party scheduled with 4 lanes. Two of the lanes did not function properly. We had little kids and wanted to use the bumpers for select players, but they were broken. We were told we would get our pizzas and drinks 20 minutes after our party started, and we ended up getting them an hour afterwards. I asked if we could get the cups for our drinks while we waited; they said yes, but then brought the cups out when they brought the pizzas (an hour later). Customer service was awesome. They were attentive and asked to clean our area multiple times during the event."
"This place was pretty empty when we got there. Which was a pleasant surprise. We played some ping pong and the games in that one room. We finished up with some cosmic bowling. Good fun!"
"The wife and I did date night and it was great. We did an hour of ace throwing and then an hour of pool. We were able to order food when we checked in so it was delivered to us pretty quickly. The atmosphere is definitely fun. Pretty clean considering drunk people are there. We had fun with the games! The pool table and sticks were a bit rough but still playable. The ace throwing was fun but tbh I was a little scared of it the drunk people throwing next to us. The staff however was what made the evening fire! Jenelle and Ged checked us in and they clearly love their job. Super friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff kept the place clean after each group and were fun! The bartender Christina poured a great cocktail! Overall would sooooo come back. They had a ton of other games (shuffle board, ping pong, connect 4, giant jenga, and bocce ball). The new Biergarten was closed which was a bummer but it was also 106 today so who would want to be outside. They also have an arcade for kids and a giant bowling alley!"
