"It is train station theme based park. I brought my daycare kids (2-3 years olds ) here. They loved the slide, sand pit and walking area because they got to meet many kids of their age and lots of dogs. It is a good park. Good playground, lots of roses in different colors, restrooms are okay."
"My little ones (4yo and 1.5 yo) had a blast! Play structures are really cool, with horses' and trains' sounds, big sandpit. We visited it in the evening, there were plenty of shade. Nice rose garden"
"One of my favorite stops just off the Iron Horse. If you stop by on a weekday, it's serene and quiet - perfect for a small picnic or short nap under the trees. The weekends are bustling with families and little league, but it never feels too crowded. There's also a wide path that loops the entire park with lots of rose bushes planted alongside, and it is easily accessible on bike or foot."
"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this park. Playground for both older and younger kids is amazing. Bucket swings for infants / toddlers and regular swings for bigger kids. Full jungle gym type play structures dressed up as the Wild West. Super fun for kids. Padded ground with lots of shade from surrounding woods. Sounds come out if the play structures when you hit a button. A full section of updated picnic tables and more private ones scattered throughout the forests area as well. Wheelchair accessible washrooms. Great parking lots with lots of spaces available. A lot of folks had picnic blankets and were lounging near playground while kids played. Recommend bringing a blanket and packed lunch for everyone when you visit. Great atmosphere here!"
"Absolutely lovely neighborhood park with athletic ball fields and support facilities, tennis and pickle ball courts but also a circular pathway, children’s play equipment and a picnic area with a large number of very nice tables. The entire facility seemed extremely well maintained and tended to and there were accessible restroom facilities. The most unexpected feature was the extensive and lovely rose collection in numerous gardens throughout the totality of the park. Many of the roses were labeled for identification with memorial placards or dedications. This park is a real attribute of this community and worth a trip to experience."
