"Great park for sports activities for kids and bringing your dog to play with other dogs! A little secluded and 80-90% fenced. Small Baseball field and open grass field. Public restrooms, picnic tables and barbeque grills. Also water fountain for pet and people!"

"Panama Park has no aperatis on which kids can play. It does have a baseball field, a separate practice back stop. It also has flat space that can be adapted for soccer and dog play and owner socializing. This results in no kids or lots of organized kids sharing space with energetic dogs. This situation typically continues happily for a decade or so with dogs using mostly early morning hours and evening hours, and organized kids play during the day, until some neighbor or parent complains to the police or animal control. A few threats of $200 tickets for playing fetch with your dog pretty much sadly disperses dog play leaving the park empty mornings and evenings until dogs and owners, gradually regain numbers over many months. Most years Panama Park diserves 4 stars, as dog owners have to watch over their shoulders for animal control. Officially permitting dogs off leash, morning and evening hours, for all Sunnyvale parks, would justify 5 enthusiastic stars for Panama Park."

"Great friendly neighborhood park! Baseball diamond at one corner, and a massive grass field for all your outdoor needs. Plenty of friendly dogs play in the park in the evenings."

"Great park to take the dogs in the evening. People are always friendly and respect each others space. There are natural walking paths along the outside of the the fields. When a game is happening usually the concessions stand is open. It’s a nice park."

"Very clean and well cared for park but this is really only a baseball field next to a small sized soccer field. There are no place structures and usually a few off-leash dogs running around. Great place for sports but not a good pick for small kids"
