"Had my top surgery here. It was a very affirming place. Two people were there to give me moral support (one of them was a chaplain, who didn't do anything religious, just talked to me and asked how I was feeling). It was very cool talking to them. Everyone who participated in my surgery was cool! Definitely would come here again"
"If I could give this place a 0, I would. The only two Kellys and the discharge person were nice. The building is old, no parking. When we went in to check in 20 mins while the girl was on a break with her bf, she returned and got right on her PC as I stood there for 10 mins, ignoring me as if I were invisible! Finally, she asked if I needed help. All the nurses, the anesthesiologist, rude as heck, trying small talk, and one Dr assisting made sure we should know he had to be there for a small part, his only reason. We never had a nurse check up on us; the bed was so small, even barked at to not go to the bottom or fall off the bed; it's sad when labeled, maybe bc mine was the last surgery where most were having plastic surgery, as I was saying I had more clusters, called to see if ok for a shot of botox from. My new neurologist is not in their office. My primary neurologist, after waiting a year, stopped seeing me; now I'm new and do not know what my treatment is. I came in pain, shocked by the whole experience. Vanderbilt, I felt safe four months ago for the first one in the main adult hospital; here, everything is old and smells, and the staff made it even more worse. if you hate your job, do something else. We almost walked before we even went back. Waiting to start the surgery without anyone checking in on us was not a great start. My husband said he had seen the doctor but was rude to him. We told the retired guy would park, and we had to walk four blocks in the rain. There are many great surgical centers, but this is the worst I've been in. Do not come here, or if you do, from the waiting room to those testing, you are not good. My co-pay was doubled; I did not know why, but now I do; it's because it's not considered a medical but more for plastic surgery. The two Kelly's, I thank you, the rest blah to the other. I do not recommend it here; it's why you don't see reviews. I feel I had all this for my migraines a waste, not our conversation before scheduling what would happen to help. The place is old and needs new equipment. If you hate your job, work where you don't have to deal with people. Go somewhere else; price doesn't mean a great job, and not all doctors are good. At least expect a decent place that isn't nice or clean."
"I didn't know how it would go when we arrived because it was a smaller facility I was a little worried that I was having such a big surgery there. They were freaking awesome every single one of them. J had some major issues after from the anisthesia and they never left my side and they were so compassionate. If I decide to do another surgery I will definitely ask for that facility."
