"I don't understand some of these bad reviews. I am here now with a patient. Due to the severity of the injury they fit us in same day. In fact they got us in so fast that we couldn't make it there on time. Not a problem at all. Everyone was kind and professional and very knowledgeable! Cassandra and Kaitlyn were great! Overall a great experience despite the circumstances."
"Maria, the lady over the burn clinic, should not be dealing with patients. She doesn't listen to the patient. She gaslights and is condescending. She does NOT care. The whole burn unit seems to think 2nd and 3rd degree burns couldn't possibly hurt at all. So much that they all will tell you to deal with it and tell you it doesn't hurt as much as childbirth.They treat you like you're a drug seeker because you're needing releif from the pain of burning skin and underlying tissue. There seemed to be zero communication between the surgeon, the provider, the nurses...everyone said something different. I've never been so disappointed in a healthcare facility in my entire life."
"Horible service if you are coming from a different state and hospital! My husband still had open wounds and they refused to help us. They just said he could go to plastic surgery before all of his skin had healed completely!"
"They do good work, and they do it fast! The nurse squeezed time in for my friend this afternoon. Not only did they accommodate us at the end of what was likely a crazy week, but also they did it with such poise, professionalism, and casual briskness. I can't imagine a better experience for an unfortunate situation!"
