"We were here for a volleyball tournament recently and left feeling rather underwhelmed. Pros: court surfaces were nice but Kicks Sports & Grill is by far the highlight. Cons: parking, parking, parking, it’s awful. They have overflow but that was full by 8:15a. By 9:30a they were already announcing over the loudspeaker they were towing cars. Wasn’t a fan of watching the games through a glass wall. Gave me aquarium vibes. The girls were not fans of the low ceiling height on the aquarium courts and even less on the courts in the far back. Extremely crowded and beyond difficult to walk anywhere. The lack of seating provided results in folks bringing their own folding chairs which only added to the madness. Got even worse as they began hosting parties around 10a."

"The worst experience I have ever had in my life. They don't have employees prepared to deal with the public. On my first day as a member I was treated very badly by an employee where he insulted me with low-level words in front of my son, family and friends. He didn't want my explanation about what was happeningit. The system they use didn't work properly and he didn't want to update my registration. So I had to cancel it . I was a member for less than 1 hour and they had no problem keeping me as members. I hope that in the future they will provide adequate training for employees who work with the public."

"The sports house is a massive Warehouse separated into separate spaces for indoor soccer volleyball football etc. The only thing I don't like about it is trying to pick up someone after they are done with practice at the front entrance. It's a small area with only one-way traffic that parallels parking. So if someone in front of you is waiting for someone to back out, you are stuck waiting. If you have to pick someone have them go to the back entrance where there is additional parking in a much more sensible setup so you can come and go as you please"

"Had a great time here at the indoor soccer field. Great to get some shade even as the sun is beating down outside. No insurance requirements makes it great for corporate team outings. Reasonably priced, easy to access with a big parking lot, not too many other people there as well."
