Reviews
"Lots of weirdos at night and certain times of day. It feels safe morning until evening when everybody goes home, and that's when the place gets a little scary. I think people do drugs around here."
"Beautiful park & right next to the shelter which provides free food to the public every morning and afternoon. The shelter is next to Options Recovery outpatient services and across the park on the other side is a high school. In tween is the Berkeley Police Station. Quite a busy park. Lots of traffic. Shaded areas and green grass throughout."
"A grassy field, stage, and benches are present at this park, which seems to be designed for events or occasions. This is a brief walk away from the Downtown Berkeley BART station and two parking lots. It's directly across from the Berkeley City Hall and near some other government buildings. There are events frequently in the park or near the park. There isn't a playground for kids or restrooms. There are a few works of public art which help to make it look nicer. Some restaurants are nearby and this could be a place to sit if you take your food to go. There is a farmers' market every Saturday on one of the streets that border this park."
"Nice quiet park some lady yelled every 5 minutes but was harmless cool climbing trees nice place for a dog walk"
"Awesome first time experience! The Fried Lobster with Garlic Noodles was out of this world. Mac&Cheese with Lobster was to die for...I am looking forward to next year being bigger and better! Thanks for the memories..."
