"I try to support local businesses whenever possible and am willing to pay top dollar to do so. For the past several years, I have bought all of my paint from All Seasons Paint. When I hired a professional to paint the interior of my house, I asked him to buy the paint from them. In exchange for my loyalty, I expect service that exceeds what I would get from a big box store, and, sadly, All Seasons Paint no longer offers that type of service. When the young man behind the counter refused to shake a pristine gallon of unopened Cabinet Coat I bought at the store in Dec. 2021 when they did not have the quart I really needed in stock, they lost my business. I refuse to patronize a business that does not reciprocate my good will."
